A good turn around hotel
Liked: Clean and staff were very friendly
Disliked: The bathroom door did not slide all the way shut because of hinges attaches to another door. There was a major draining issue in the tub. I was in the shower for maybe 2 minutes before the water had pooled past my ankles. Then there was an imprint of someone’s back smeared against the mirror outside of the bathroom.

Exceptional
Liked: The hotel was great! It was clean and quiet! The staff were wonderful and so helpful!
Disliked: The only issue was the price. Not the hotel price, but the total with taxes and other things. It was hard to see what the actual total was.

Convenient location for 1 night...
Liked: Location and the transfer bus to the airport
Disliked: Twin Double beds were small & the breakfast that was included was off a very limited menu.

Exceptional
Liked: I love the convenient location to JFK.We stayed there overnight to drop my mother off at the airport.The shuttle bus frequently travel to the airport and the picked us back to the hotel within 15mins.The front desks and the driver was very friendly.
Disliked: The parking was not easy due to location but it worked well for us as we found a parking next to the hotel.Nothing much to eat for the kids so we Doordash intead.The cocktails was good tho!

It was fine
Liked: Comfortable beds, good size room, shuttle bus, friendly welcome. Everything was clean. Food was tasty.
Disliked: To get the shuttle you could call from a courtesy phone but they were unable to take a non US phone number when on the call so we just had to hope the shuttle would arrive. There is so much construction in the area it is difficult to navigate and time consuming (not the hotels fault!). I think there were a great number of people accommodated here with food vouchers for missed flights. It made the dining experience very slow and stressful for staff and patrons. There were not enough staff to deal with the number of people on site waiting for food. They did the best they could but they were under a lot of pressure. There was great demand for shuttles in the morning to return to the airport, causing great concern with folks worried they would miss flights and having to stand their ground to hold their place in line. Another shuttle came and I think everyone was brought to airport but it would have been better to have a hotel staff member come out and clarify and explain and put people's minds at ease as many were scrambling to make other arrangements (book Uber etc) as it was clear we would not all fit in the one shuttle. The tight roads through residential areas were nerve wracking to navigate.
