Good place to stay if...
Liked: Lovely shower. Comfortable bed. Nice TV.
Disliked: Bathroom door was almost impossible to close. Shower leaked on floor. I reported both at checkout.

Liked: Hotel was grand - overpriced for what you get, but that is New York! With very limited choices around JFK airport, it was the best choice to book.Overall happy with stay.Bartender was excellent, she was very helpful, and was able to provide some recommendations on restaurant to eat that evening.
Disliked: Coffee machine did not work in room.

Liked: Convenient to JFK. Comfortable accommodation.
Disliked: The check in system wasn’t working so we were not issued a key card for our room. With this said, the staff were really good escorting us to our room when needed.

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made for a pleasant stay. I appreciated the convenience of having a shuttle service that picks you up at the airport in a designated area.
Disliked: The wait time for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was extremely long—about 45 minutes after I called, which was frustrating. However, the shuttle back to the airport ran smoothly and on time. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

Disliked: In the morning my husband found a rash on his legs. Inadequate seating at breakfast time.

Ineffective reception Manager

Disliked: Stephanie, Desk Manager was very rude & petty.See Picture of Manager on duty..very unapproachable. A traveler in our group needed a gluten free sandwich, she ordered from Panera door dash and all of us, ate in dining room & ordered from the hotel restaurant menu. Stephanie insisted our gluten free traveler couldn't eat with us, had to eat on couch since ordered from delivery. This person bought a drink and dessert from the menu . Stephanie represents the Marriott with petty behavior for a hospitality manager. Look at her in picture attached, no smile, not asking guests to come forward or how she can help them !!!
