Bad

Liked: Hotel was lovely and close to airport, with shuttle every 30 mins...
Disliked: The restaurant was very chaotic and staff totally under pressure...Getting wakened up at 11.45 pm, after going to bed at 9.30 for 4am shuttle!!!Management, telling us we were in wrong hotel, then coming to room at 11.45pm,to check our confirmation booking!Then realised it was the same name, but wrong person...Extremely stressful situation, after a very long day ahead...Very poor communication at this hotel.

Overall it was very good...

Liked: Close to the airport, friendly staff, complimentary coffee and tea, airport shuttle.
Disliked: Not I didn’t like, but I thought the shuttle would pick us up from the airport but we had to take the airport train which was very easily explained , for free and very easy to reach.

Liked: Very comfortable and clean, the size of the room was great and the Airport shuttle was definitely a plusThe food at the restaurant was ok, we had dinner and breakfast

They need staff and housekeeping...

Disliked: Housekeeping service everyday.I had to ask them for service and I only got it twice, I got charged for food That I paid for in advand it does.
