Passable

Disliked: I paid the room when I reserved the room (non-refundable rate). The recepcionist asked me to pay the whole amount again when we arrived. I showed the confirmation paper (I've already paid it), she said it was just held, not paid. So I paid it twice. Later she apologised, transfered the money back, but it has never arrived to my account.

Room was filthy and management...

Disliked: I found a used condom next to the bed. Management did not respond to my request for a resolution despite multiple phone calls and emails.

Liked: The most comfortable mattress and sheets I have ever slept on.
Disliked: The very slow restaurant--waited a long time to order, then a full half-hour after that to get my food.

Great Staff Expensive Parking

Liked: The staff was great. The room was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: There was a little confusion with my room when I checked in. The battery for the magnetic lock was dead. I had to go downstairs twice before they sent someone to correct this. Considering it seemed to be only one elevator working, it took some time to go up, come down, go back up, come back down, and go up again. It was a bit much after traveling all morning. Nonetheless, the staff at the front desk got me into another room. The location doesn't have adequate free parking in the vicinity, so I was forced to opt for vallet, which was pretty pricey at $40. per day. $120. for my stay.
