Liked: Breakfast was an apple, a muffin, and a juicebox.
Disliked: Rooms were FILTHY when I got them. Reception refused to provide room service for several days. They also kept the $50 and never returned it.

Filthy, poor service, unhygienic.
Liked: There was an iron.
There was a small gym, but I didn't use it.
TV has standard hotel stations, but the remote was super greasy. Washed it with sanitizing hand wipes before I could bring myself to use it.
The lavish breakfast includes: 1 apple. 1 muffin. 1 sugary juice. You have to get it at reception in a paper bag - first come first served so be early! This breakfast is included in the room charge, so don't expect a $30 breakfast buffet.
Internet speed is average, it can be used and you'll like the speed - until it times out and lets you believe it's connected while you use 2 days of 4G while streaming. Reconnect? Good luck with that.
Shampoo and/or body wash gave me a mild burn / rash. Stopped using it after first day and bought my own. Obviously reception did not have any replacement products.
How to get there:
Entrance to the hotel is just off the highway, but beware of the high pavement you'll have to climb to get into the main parking lot! **For trucks only** Oh, and don't miss the entrance, it's the only one and you'll have to make a 4 minute detour around the highway / west block if you want to get back.
Disliked: You get free pubic hair on the towels. Faint yellow stains on the bed covers. Crumbs and small "stains" on the carpet. No room service due to pandemic. None - 5 day policy is useless. There was no more than two FTE staff members employed in this location at this time (March 2021). No bottled water in the room (pay premium price for bottles in reception!) No coffee or tea in the room. Pool is permanently closed. No hairdryer, you have to go to reception to sign one out. Lobby cafe permanently closed. You want a towel? Gotta run down to reception twice a day with your dirty towels to get a new set. My experience: I had booked two rooms for a week but checked out early, carpet, bed and bathroom were filthy. Hair in the shower, and **** stained toilet. Talked to reception twice a day, pleading to get room service to the room we took, but they refused to send anyone outside the scheduled "5 day" policy. Lots of confusion with communication, one reception says yes we'll send someone to clean, later that day someone else says no, then yes we'll get you on the schedule, then no absolutely not....and so forth. Manager was no help either. Check out: I told them it was the worst stay I've had in years so I'm checking out early, and they said "did you talk to the manager?" yeah..."well sorry, can't alter our cleaning policy" and proceeded to charge me with the full week and not my early checkout date. Rest of the conversation was brief and reception was extremely rude. This person should not work in the service industry. I have yet to see the surprise-hold-for-damage $50 returned to my card. Will be blacklisting this location for all future travel, business and personal.

Overall the location was great...
Liked: Some staff members were exceptionally welcoming showing excellent customer service!
Disliked: Some staff members were very unattentively to the customer's needs
