Great comfortable place to stay...

Liked: Wonderful staff every where in the property. Couldn’t be more helpful. Wonderfully clean and very comfortable beds and lounge. There was a lovely,very big area near the check in where you can have meals and relax in lovely lounge chairs.
Disliked: We were about a 20 minute drive from the French Quarter, a costly Lyft ride. It was the weekend and we arrived last minute and didn’t realise how far away we were from everything we wanted to visit. I believe we were close to the airport but you couldn’t hear any noise from that or roads. Very quiet. Every time the above room opened the door to the veranda it was very loud. It was difficult to open the balcony door.

Liked: Very friendly staff, especially Cookie and Yessica.. they did a great job of making me feel welcome and the room was spotless and comfortable
Disliked: Room keys were tricky but I liked being able to use the app

Disliked: The only problem we had with check in was the front desk did not see our reservations. We had to show proof of booking confirmation and then they said we should have been given a confirmation number before we got there. We had called previously and no one had said this. After reviewing our print outs and another employee reviewing they gave us confirmation numbers. This delayed our check in
