Wonderful, a little pricey

Disliked: Cost of parking :( understandable that it comes with the great locale. Wished the rooms and parking were not so expensive.

Liked: Location was fantastic. Close to everything but just removed enough to have a quiet sleep at night. Layout of room is great. Even though there were two beds they’re separated by a corridor allowing a little privacy. Was great to have a fridge and iron in the room.
Disliked: Would be great to have a kettle in the room for tea in the evening.

Liked: Very nice room, super comfortable beds and linens, great location, quiet. Good water pressure in the nice walk-in shower, plenty of hot water. Really liked the electric blackout shades. We also really liked that we could pair our phone to the t.v. so we could listen to music through the t.v. speakers. The hotel was close enough to so many things but far enough from Bourbon St to be reasonably quiet. We LOVED that they put us on the 10th floor. The staff was friendly and helpful if we needed anything. We also felt it was very reasonably priced.
Disliked: This isn't something that can be fixed but it was a very confusing hotel logistically. Having to take 2 different elevators to other parts of the hotel was weird and we got lost numerous times. Also, the hallways of the hotel were positively FRIGID. We couldn't believe how COLD the hotel was. Fortunately, we had control of our room temperature and we were comfortable and cozy. We didn't want our room serviced every day but halfway through, we did and removed the Do Not Disturb sign, yet no one serviced the room. We asked the front desk the next morning and it was serviced while we were out for the day.
