Valet take about 30minutes to get your car. Call in advance. The hotel lobby looks better than the rooms. Like who really spends time in the lobby?

Liked: The valet is $30.00 for the whole time you are there.
Disliked: The beds are hard. Charged twice for my room - I still have yet to get my money back.

Liked: The staff were friendly and the lobby was clean. The breakfast croissant sandwiches were good.
Disliked: The room was very small, the air conditioning, rattled and was noisy. The toilet was running constantly to where I had to take the back cover off and fix the flapper all the time. Overall, the room was older and outdated, much like the hotel. Other patrons whom I talked to were also disappointed with their rooms. The elevators to the hotel were barely running. One elevator was being rehabilitated, while the other one was slow and noisy. There was also no parking at the venue, and the parking lot that was recommended for people to use, was really "seedy". It was unmanned, and I lost my ticket for the car, so I was greeted with a $150 fee to get my car out of the garage. I believe the hotel which recommends the parking lot, should have more leverage to improve the parking lot and at least have someone on the parking premises 24 hrs for security and convenience. I was very unhappy with my stay, and won't consider this hotel again.

Disliked: Make sure you pay attention when booking a room Terrence and balcony are two different things so make sure you play close attention to that. The beds are extremely hard. The rooms are extremely small.
