Valet take about 30minutes to get your car. Call in advance. The hotel lobby looks better than the rooms. Like who really spends time in the lobby?

Liked: The valet is $30.00 for the whole time you are there.
Disliked: The beds are hard. Charged twice for my room - I still have yet to get my money back.

I do not plan on...

Liked: The location is great. Majority of the staff has a great attitude.
Disliked: Construction on the roof made it impossible to sleep in with loud noise starting around 8 a.m. after returning late round 3-4 in the morning. The hotel didn’t inform our group about the construction, or offer alternative rooms since the construction was right over the 6th floor. Rooms with queen beds and atrium views were very small, only one of two elevators worked causing delays, and housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms or replace towels. Although the manager offered reward points as compensation, that’s useless as they may not ever get used.

Liked: No parking without a fee. That’s a terrible combination for a hotel guest. No Bell desk for luggage.

This hotel is nicely situated...

Liked: A great location near the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. The facilities were comfortable, they had a nice bar. They had a nice fitness center. The room was large enough and comfortable.
Disliked: The property is a bit dated, but that’s OK. As long as we felt like we were getting the value for what we were paying for, that is what is important. There really wasn’t much of a breakfast option, which they could improve on.
