Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Downtown Near the French Quarter

Valet take about 30minutes to get your car. Call in advance. The hotel lobby looks better than the rooms. Like who really spends time in the lobby?

Liked: The valet is $30.00 for the whole time you are there.
Disliked: The beds are hard. Charged twice for my room - I still have yet to get my money back.

Disliked: We were not told that if we wanted cleaning service we had to request it. Therefore, 3 nights, no service.

Liked: It’s walking distance to everything. It was clean.
Disliked: When we first arrived someone unlocked the door and walked into our room unannounced. We found out it was one of the front desk personnel. This put us on edge the whole stay. We were wondering how someone had access to our room. She apologized and said she would give complimentary drinks however it was never done.
