Valet take about 30minutes to get your car. Call in advance. The hotel lobby looks better than the rooms. Like who really spends time in the lobby?

Liked: The valet is $30.00 for the whole time you are there.
Disliked: The beds are hard. Charged twice for my room - I still have yet to get my money back.

Liked: Great location, walking distance to Bourbon St and French Quarter.
Disliked: Small room, some weird stain in the bathroom on the wall (blood?) no fan in the bathroom, very bad airflow in the room.

Liked: The front desk staff, they put us into a new room immediately when told about the blood stains on the bed and floor.
Disliked: The manager not answering when called. Was on hold for about 30 mins. I emailed the Manger pictures of blood on the bed, floor, and curtains. I then called the next day, due to no mangers being there. It has been 48hours and no response. The blood was found at 12am when going to bed. You'd have to look for it in order to see it. There was no hand soap in the original room, no mini fridge, the phone didn't work to call the front desk, all the soap dispensers were also out as well.

Disliked: Property is starting to look tired. Handle on shower was not even attached.
