Disappointing

Liked: The manager did allow my husband park in the employee parking garage due to the incline to the parking garage scrapping the bumper. His car only sits 6 inches off the ground.
Disliked: The cost of parking and paying ridiculous prices for food.

I will choose another hotel,...

Liked: Overall location was convenient to Vanderbilt U. Daily maid service
Disliked: Had room overlooking entrance and close to main roads - VERY NOISY. Need to install double paned, soundproof windowsMaid service on day 3 was subpar compared to first two days. Coffee was not replenished, and only some towels were replaced. Bathtub drained slowlyEntrance to parking garage was narrow and it was hard to align entering to use room key to open gate
