Nice stay - pool was...

Liked: The outdoor space downstairs, the market available at the front reception and the space in the room.
Disliked: The prices of products in the market in the lobby were very expensive. The room didn't have water bottles or toiletries for guests on arrival. The main issue for us was that we were under the impression that the outdoor pool was open for the season. This was the main reason that we booked this hotel. 2 days before our stay we got an email saying that the pool was closed and this was a huge disappointment for us given that it was 80 degrees all weekend long.

Disliked: Didn’t realize parking would be valet only and $42 per night when I booked. That was an unpleasant surprise. Also, room service was supposed to be every other day but wasn’t. Didn’t even leave an extra roll of toilet paper when the current one was lost out.

Nice weekend in Nashville

Liked: Walking distance to most of the sightseeing sites and downtown. The staff was polite. Room was spacious, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Few lights in the room, it was a bit dark. No water in the mini bar, you have to remember to bring your own.

Disliked: Rolling carts could move more smoothly.
