I’ve never had a bad...

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Lights did not work in the room, shower was dirty, and carpet in the room was dirty. You could visually see dust bunnies.

Being double charged.

Liked: Great location and very friendly.
Disliked: They will double charge you. I prepaid for the hotel and they still charged me again.

This Courtyard location will be...

Liked: The property was centrally located next to numerous shopping options. It as easy access from I-40. The rooms were very comfortable and appealing. Breakfast options were good. The checkin staff was excellent and very engaging.
