Disliked: Our TV didn’t work the entire time we were there. The staff that tried to fix it were very professional and apologetic. We just would have liked to be able to watch tv when we were relaxing in the room

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: TV was from a Goodwill store, terrible picture. AC was difficult to adjust, performed poorly.

Liked: Allison Paoli is wonderful! She is humble, warm heart and a real example of a manager who care for the customers, and the staffs. When we were there, there was a tornadoes and flood, the food truck could not make in time and her staffs could not be on time for the breakfast. She was there for customers making breakfast and did the work of the entire food & beverage team.She works hard and she can cook delicious food. She really make a positive difference and put a smile on our faces. Thank you Allison & your team, making our stay more pleasant!

Liked: booking .com did not set our arrival date correctly, when trying to make changes with the home office I was charged $62.00 for the convenience of asking for help for a problem created by booking.com... was put on hold for 20 minutes, was told I would get a call back to correct the issue, was never called back

Disliked: They canceled my reservations at the last minute and didn't tell me.It was resolved after a few calls.Terrible customer service with this issue.I had a room underneath the pool and it was Loud.
