Superb

Liked: The Staff were professional and friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Did not offer a free complimentary breakfast.

Liked: The location was amazing and close to many things we wanted to do. The rooms were clean and cozy.
Disliked: The hotel did not serve breakfast. We usually utilize Marriott because of it. They also did not switch out the towels in the room during the stay. The front desk agent was disrespectful and rude. We encountered her twice at check in and early checkout. Honestly, hotel stays are not cheap and we have so many options the fact that we were spoken too is a rude manner on two different occasions by the same person is just not a good scene to be around.

Liked: room seemed okay
Disliked: The staff would not assist or help in any way when they placed us next to an unruly family right next door. I asked if they would speak to them as the were very loud and in and out all night long. Must have been at least 7-10 of them. Won't be staying with you ever again.
