When we arrived we were told there was valet parking - not to worry about our car. As we were leaving we got a surprise with a $34 charge for valet parking. This should have been told to us up front. Then they came out and said well it's on our website and you should have read it. We looked on our confirmation - nothing about a charge for valet parking. The people were very rude - no help whatsoever. This could have been avoided. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was OK. It appeared to have been occupied after it was cleaned however, or it was not cleaned after the last occupant left. The hotel was under renovation at the time, which was not too convenient. But for the price that I paid for one night, it seemed sensless to have to pay for breakfast the next morning.

Liked: Within walking distance of Bridgestone Arena.
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast; under renovation.

I was very happy with my stay and will stay there again. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location was prime and easy to get to. The valet parking was a little expensive but the valets were friendly, polite and very, very helpful.

Liked: Location; staff; large; comfortable room.
Disliked: None.

Great mother daughter trip!

Liked: Close to Broadway and the Ryman but far enough away to be quiet. Comfortable beds and reasonable sized room. Starbuck's on property and Gannons restaurant that has a breakfast buffet in the morning (not included in stay).
Disliked: There was no place to put on makeup except very small vanity. The room was dark, which is great for sleeping but not working or getting ready.
