Liked: Clean and respectable

Terrible
Liked: The staff were very friendly. The location was great. Free parking and wifi.
Disliked: 1) NO room service.2) Not enough towels for 4 guests.3) Lack of shelves to place toiletries or clothing, not even in the sink area. 4) No hair shampoo, only conditioner and two bottles of body wash,. 5) The room had no carpet, which provided a very uncomfortable feeling. 6) The AC never turned off and we had to unplug it and sleep with an open balcony door to avoid the unbearable AC noise. Luckily it was cool outside and we were in the 4th floor.7) There was no cover on the toilet seat and the toilet seat was one that is typically being used in a public restroom. 8) There was no continental breakfast, not even complimentary coffee. 9) The WIFI was so terrible that you could not get images loaded, which rendered it useless.Overall impression: This was a MOTEL experience for a lot of money. I will never come here again. The front desk staff promised to add extra Marriott Membership points to my account for our disappointing stay and has not followed up on his promise. The worst experience ever!

Worth the stay
Liked: Location to nearby bars, stores, and highway.
Disliked: Property undergoing major renovations which means if you visit after January 2025 you will get an updated version of what I did not get.

In general, a spacious room...
Liked: Very nice, clean and convenient location. Room size was nice and having a small couch was nice.
Disliked: The mattress was too soft, and pillows too soft. Had to go down in middle of the night to try to get a firmer pillow.

Liked: THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING LOOKED NEWER. FREE PARKING.
Disliked: THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING LOOKS NICE BUT THE INSIDE LOOKS LIKE MOTEL 6. HALLS AND ROOMS WERE FILTHY WITH A DIRTY, MOLDY SMELL. THE "FREE" INTERNET IS 3G AND STALLS AFTER EVERY CLICK TO WERE IT IS UNUSABLE. THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR AN UPGRADE TO 4G. WE PAID EXTRA FOR THE DECK BUT IT WAS SMALL AND EXTREMELY DIRTY. WE BARELY USED IT. BUT WE WERE AT LEAST THANKFUL WE COULD OPEN THE DECK PATIO DOOR AS THIS HELPED WITH THE DIRTY, MOLDY SMELL INSIDE THE ROOM.
