It was amazing !

Liked: Loved how kind all of the staff was !
Disliked: Not near enough seating around the pool area ! Not one single day were we able to have lounges at the pool and with kids that’s tough !

Highly recommend

Liked: Great resort. Love the pools. Staff is friendly. Beachfront and our oceanfront room had amazing views. Ginny ( I think that’s how you spell her name) was awesome in helping us check in
Disliked: The shower - low pressure and didn’t have cold water. I think the knob was assembled wrong so we couldn’t get cold water

Great location and view, but...

Liked: The hotel has a perfect location right by the ocean, with beautiful views from the balcony. We really liked the pool area, the grounds were clean, and parking was convenient. The staff was friendly and responsive. Our room was clean and housekeeping came daily.
Disliked: The only downside was that we saw cockroaches — on the balcony and in the common area of the hotel. There were none inside our room, but it still affected our overall impression.

Exceptional

Perfect view, great amenities and...

Liked: Great location, beautiful view from the balcony rain or shine, easy pool and beach access, clean and very comfortable!
Disliked: The only negative comment is that the refrigerator was too small. But this wasn’t a big deal.

Very good

Liked: Great location, big rooms, oceanfront, reasonably priced parking.
Disliked: Bath products, pillows quite uncomfortable. Rental beach equipment very expensive!

Short

Liked: Everything was just fine.
Disliked: I was told that the price was going to be about $270.00 but $336.05 was taken from my account.!

Liked: The breakfast area was very clean, nice view, and the staff were exceptionally nice. The pool area was great. The lobby was very clean and the staff that work the front desk were for nice especially Kenyatta. Kenyatta was able to make small accommodations for our bad experience with the room being dirty. She told us that her manager was speaking with booking.com to see if they could accommodate us more and we never heard from anyone about it.
Disliked: The breakfast was descent. We were given complementary breakfast due to our room being dirty #806 when we arrived; otherwise, we would not have received their breakfast. They serve sausage each day except Wednesday and Friday; then, they switch to bacon. The coffee wasn't good. I had to purchase my own coffee each day. My room was cleaned after we arrived. They allowed us to change to a different room #1906, and it was as dirty as #806. The lady that cleaned our bed and bathroom did an exceptional job. The walls in our room were filled with lent and spider webs. The room was too small. Need more towel hanging racks in the bathroom.
