Musty room, existing issue

Disliked: My room leaked from the bathroom, and the room smelled like mold. Couldn't figure out why the room had a musty smell. Was initially thinking since it was a beachfront room, it comes with the territory. Nope! The room had a leak, and the hotel knew about it bc when I looked in the closet where the closet backed up to the bathroom, the closet was patched up like there was an existing issue. Had I known the room was a dump, I would have stayed at a motel.

Liked: Everyone was so nice and helpful. The ladies were really friendly at check in. The gentleman helped with our luggage during check in and check out. The housekeeper on our floor(22) was amazing as well.
