Prommising on arrival. Very diappointing...

Liked: The property is nice. As expected from Marriott.
Disliked: Confusing access to the hotel entry. Very narrow and confusing access to the underground parking. My wife put her wallet in the safe and next day the safe would not open. We travelled to Montreal for a wedding and because we could not retrieve her wallet, my wife missed her hairdresser appointment and manicure as well. That was at 8:00am. The maintenance arrived at 10:30am. Needless to say it was a fiasco. The reception desk did not help at all. No apologies, no concerns. Very unprofessional. I would expect better from a Marriott brand hotel. I am very disappointed...

Superb

Liked: Modern decor and technology conscious hotel; in other words they have mobile device chargers in the right places in the room. Parking is underground and easy to access.
Disliked: No water in the bedroom. No debit card payment; but they take cash. Breakfast at the bar felt short staff.

Liked: I like clean room. All facility was very clean.
Disliked: Restaurant with little or no activity. The food was ordered at a bar! Breakfast was just average.Overcrowded garage.
