Great stay, always like to...

Liked: We like the layout, bed comfortable.. bathrooms clean, fresh and well laid out.
Disliked: One of the end tables was wobbly and looked like someone had loosened the screws. We forgot to tell them but it was not a deal breaker.

Okay for a short visit.

Liked: The room was nice and clean. Safe parking facility. Right across the metro station.
Disliked: Basic amenities in the room are missing, extra toiletries or coffee pods. The couch in the room was broken when we arrived, and was fixed the next day.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and spacious. The room was also clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There is no complimentary breakfast. You can find complimentary breakfast in cheaper hotels, so it was an unpleasant surprise for us.

Disliked: Sofa bed was triple, and after check-in, the sofa bed was not ready. The blanket was not clean, the entrance glass was dirty, and the room carpet was not clean.

Liked: The room is huge and spotless. The bed was comfortable. Slept very well.
Disliked: Our GPS had us driving in circles through extremely narrow roadways to the hotel. It was very hard to find the hotel . When you do, you realize you don't park in front of it. You have to go inside and get a ticket from the front desk, then go back around and park in underground parking. But the parking isn't just for the hotel. We don't speak French and got on a set of elevators that took us into what I believe was a business. Luckily the people that were leaving work tried to help us and show us how to get into the hotel. One more thing, when on the hotel elevator, you have to scan your room card on a large button in the elevator then push what floor you're going to. Very confusing but we ended up figuring it out. Lol
