Courtyard by Marriott Monroe Airport

Didn't really stay long enough to give a good review; didn't hang out in lobby or go to the gym. Stayed the night there after watching a concert at the Monroe Civic Center after a 3 hour drive.

Liked: Clean; friendly staff.
Disliked: Water pressure for shower; bed was squeeky; breakfast was expensive.

Nice enough accommodations. Very comfortable bed.

Liked: Room was really nice except for that vent hole in the bathroom floor where you can look down and see water gurgling after you flush.
Disliked: I'm not a cheap person but was flabbergasted to see the hotel actually charges for a box of cereal and coffee in the breakfast area.

Liked: Check in was not great...front desk staff barely spoke. The second shift was kind and informative
Disliked: The female who checked us in was not the most personable individual and should consider soft skills training. The hallways and the elevator smelled of Hemp smoke. (Weed) and the scent never went away. The hotel room has a touch of water damage

Liked: Nothing! Would never stay here again! Never stayed at a Marriott hotel this bad before.
Disliked: The included breakfast was a joke. Staff shortages. There was no alcohol available either. No liquor license. The room was not as described. No couch included, it was a chair! The floor and carpet were sticky. Had to put shoes on! The cost of the room was definitely overpriced!!!!!!!!We had two rooms. Our 11 & 13 year old grandkids had to sleep in the king size bed with parents & grandparents. TV reception was horrible. Couldn’t watch channels consistently. Desk said it was Directv and that Reception was bad due to weather. We had bad weather on 1 of the 3 nights we stayed. Reception was poor on all days. Also had ice buckets in room but no ice was available!

Liked: The lady at the front desk was wonderful she had great costumer service wish I remembered her name
Disliked: Room was kinda nasty a lot of stains on the curtains the mattress as well bathroom wasn’t the cleanest the roof looked like it was caving in as well

Disliked: I had an incident in your lobby at about midnight and was picked up by ambulance and taken to local hospital for evaluation and diagnosis of food poisoning. Nobody from your staff ever checked the next day to see if I was ok.

It was decent even though...

Liked: No free breakfast, free coffee/water bar was nice.
Disliked: Elevator was not operating. My room 225 the entry door was damaged it was very difficult getting in and closing when existing. The patio door frame was damaged at the look so it would open okay; however it would not lock

It was a good stay...

Liked: It was a nice location and the customer service was great.
