Liked: Nice, clean hotel. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms
Disliked: Front desk supervisor could not find my hotel reservation at first. When located it, did not have the correct number of rooms available. One room given was too close to the elevator. Other rooms were not available yet as they were still getting cleaned at 3pm.

Liked: It was absolutely horrible! They canceled my reservation due to not having any contact information. Which is absurd to me because how did you not have information but tried to charge my card?!! I called them earlier in the day to let them know that I would be checking in late. They tried to charge my card but it was locked so it declined and that was another reason why they “canceled the reservation “ but I had the option to pay at property!! The staff was highly disappointing! Didn’t try to accommodate or anything!
