Courtyard by Marriott Minneapolis St. Paul/Roseville

I stay in many hotels and this was by far the best. I have stayed in a $500.00 per night hotel in Florida and this is equal to that hotel. I have never used this hotel before and now it's the only one I will stay at. It was clean, comfortable beds & pillows, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Yay 5 stars...

Liked: This was the cleanest, friendly, most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in!

I will consider staying elsewhere.

Liked: Nearly all of the staff were very competent and helpful. Place was quiet. Location good.
Disliked: One front desk person not competent. Bed terribly uncomfortable. Tiny refrigerator at floor level.

Disliked: Couldn’t have a pizza in the common area due to onsite restaurant, swimming pool was WAY smaller than pictures indicated and was at max capacity so could not use, our room (226) opened to a roof with a large vent of some sort and we couldn’t open window due to noise, prices were ridiculous from concession-$4.50 for a 10cent bottle of water. No complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Disliked: After a long and tiring flight we arrived at the hotel around 11pm, it was pouring out. Hotel door was locked and nobody around to open it, I called multiple times, no answer, buzzed the doorbell multiple times, nothing. It took about 15 minutes for a hotel staff show up, it is completely unacceptable. Next time definitely going somewhere else.
