Disliked: no hair dryer in room. tv channel choice seems limited the shampoo bottles are impossible to tell apart without glasses if your sight impaired. once i took my glasses off, im not sure if i used the body wash for hair or the correct product. maybe space out the bottles on the shower wall would help i did have a handicap room

Disliked: Substandard bedding, cheap looking remodel in bathroom. Tissue box was empty. Elevator under repair; staff didn't know it wasn't working yet. They were nice about it; the repair guy was rude. We had to carry our luggage to floor 3.

Liked: Really nice, really clean very comfortable
Disliked: The staff. Arrived at the this hotel after a flight got cancelled, at around 2am. The woman on reception was rude from the get go, saying I had no proof of the booking although I had a receipt, and to access the room I would have to pay another 150 dollars. She was rude and vocal. I finally got into the room at 4am. As an apology she offered a breakfast on the house, although at 7am the next morning the lady said we dont offer complimentary breakfasts. The staff at breakfast and the van driver were very nice and pleasant.
