The staff was the highlight for me and my kids. Front desk was always smiling, helpful, and kind. Accommodations were perfect and if we're ever in Milwaukee again, it will be our go to place.

Liked: Renovations were recently completed and looked great.
Disliked: Only low point was the shower handle popping off (room 218).

We arrived late in the evening, and were upgraded to a suite since I am a Marriott Rewards member. I really appreciated that extra benefit. Hotel seemed more like a regular Marriott than a Courtyard - more elegant. Parking fee allowed us in and out privileges for 24 hours, not just until we checked out.

Liked: Good value. Convenient location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Furniture in room was a little dated. $15 for parking.

Overall, very pleased and would...

Liked: My kids enjoyed the pool and the spacious room. I enjoyed being able to walk to all of the destinations we had in mind for our overnight stay. I felt safe and the staff were all very friendly.
Disliked: I wish there were a free continental breakfast, but I knew that when booking the room. It's just nice when traveling with families to have one meal taken care of!

Liked: We traveled down for my son's surgery next morning. The staff was amaxing. It was quiet and peaceful. Absolutly will be staying there again.
Disliked: Not a huge issue but the pool tiles were a little dirty. Besides that..amazing.

We had a great vacation,...

Liked: It was close to everything!! Parking garage very close.
Disliked: Dead bolt didn’t work, sink took forever to drain, breakfast area closed early on Monday, didn’t see any sign saying that. AC air filter dirty, woke up coughing and raspy voice. Once out of room was fine. Pool was freezing.
