Customer service is a joke at this hotel.

Disliked: The staff was absolutely the rudest I have ever had at a hotel or any customer service experience. The lady that checked us in was very, very rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. We had trouble with our check in due to a mistake made by a different employee earlier in the day, and we waited over an hour to get a room. It was a huge inconvenience, but mistakes do happen. I could have been patient and understanding if the CSR was not as rude as she was. If I was the owner, I would not want her anywhere near my business. Not only was she very rude, but when I told her I felt she was being inappropriate, she gave a idc smile and said sorry you feel that way with the most condescending smile Ive ever seen.
