Definitely not impressed.

Liked: The location was good for what we needed
Disliked: When I called to make the reservation I asked about breakfast and was told it was included for all 4 of us. I was only given a voucher for 2 people and was told I would have to pay for the other 2 people. The TV in our room didn’t work and was told there were no other rooms we could be switched into. The bathroom containers for soap and shampoo were empty. When I asked at checkout about talking to a manager I was told they were not available but that they would reach out. No one has bothered. I put a stop payment on my credit card.

Happy with the location but...

Liked: The ambience
Disliked: No basic thinks. No refrigerator, exhaust in toilet and uncomfortable bathtub.

Disliked: I reserved two rooms and was hoping we would be side by side but we were on completely different floors

Horrible stay

Liked: I love the location
Disliked: I book this particular hotel for the pool. I must add that this is not my first time booking this hotel. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times in the past. However, this time was horrible. The hotel guest cannot used the pool until 5 pm. They rented out the pool for private swimming lessons. When I book the hotel, nothing was announced when booking this hotel. That’s have the day gone. All I heard all day was when can we go to the pool. It was non stop nagging. Also, the key fob to get in the room kept falling off. And the pillows were way to soft. I’m not sure what happen this time around but it was enough to not book here again in the future. I’m done with this hotel.

Bad

Disliked: We booked this hotel specifically for the swimming pool to take our two-year-old. To our dismay, the pool was "reserved" only for private swimming lessons from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, a detail never mentioned at booking or check-in. The manager was incredibly unhelpful and downright mean, showing zero sympathy for our disappointed child. She wouldn't even consider our offer to pay for a lesson just so my daughter could have a quick swim. Her dismissive and cold attitude completely ruined our trip. Avoid this place if you expect decent customer service or to actually use the amenities they advertise.To make matters worse, the breakfast was terrible and ridiculously expensive. The choices were pathetic, especially for kids, and good luck finding any staff if you need something.

Would never stay here again.

Disliked: There was a leak in the room above ours that led to a leak in our bathroom. I had to ask to be moved and the room they moved us too was worse than the first. Additionally, the breakfast was only for 2 people and we booked for 4 people. Because we booked through booking.com they wouldn’t do anything for us to remedy this.
