Terrible front desk personnel.

Liked: Location, that’s about it. Front desk service was a disaster! (Described below!)
Disliked: I was double charged for a single stay. My reservation was paid for through a booking.com. During my checkout procedure, I clearly told the front desk employee, Mr. Carlos, that my reservation was paid for, although I was in doubt he perfectly understood English. For my surprise I saw two charges for the same stay of U$258,77 in my credit card statement. I have emailed the Coral Gables CourtYard Hotel three times but have received no answer regarding my full refund. Additionally, my wife was charged U$21,20 for a parking fee even after Mr. Carlos told her parking wouldn’t be charged for it is a “courtesy”. Would Booking please be able to help me on that issue?

Comfortable

Disliked: The event I traveled for was actually in Coral Springs so I had to drive 50 miles each way to get to the event. That was my fault to book in coral gables instead of Coral Springs

Not the best Marriott

Liked: Bed/linens were very comfortable.
Disliked: Parking was across the street on an empty lot and cost $20. Shower was not good, bathroom door didn’t lock. No complimentary coffee in the morning.
