Disliked: Dear Management,I am writing to formally complain about my experience at your hotel on the night of 19th of august 2025.Firstly, I was disappointed to discover a significant discrepancy between the booked price of €163 and the final amount charged, which exceeded €200.More alarmingly, the quality of my stay was severely compromised. I was placed in a room adjacent to a group whose noise levels were unacceptable. At approximately 4:00 AM, they began shouting and having loud conversations, making it impossible to sleep.The situation escalated when one of the individuals attempted to enter my room via the interconnecting door. I was awoken by the sound of them fiddling with the lock in an attempt to open it. This was a deeply distressing invasion of privacy and safety, leaving me feeling threatened and forcing me to remain alert until the disturbance finally ceased around 6:00 AM.When I brought this serious issue to the attention of the reception staff the following morning, I was disappointed by their apparent lack of interest or concern. I await your response and a resolution to this matter.I expect to be compensated fairly for the unacceptable conditions and the significant distress caused during my stay.Sincerely,

Disliked: The receptionist could not generate a receipt or invoice on check out and said they would email it to me immediately, They have not emailed me the invoice or receipt for 2 rooms and I cannot contact anyone at the hotel. Very very bad customer service.

Liked: Hotel staff was friendly and the facilities impeccable, we had a nice stay. Location is excellent if you happen to travel early the next day.
Disliked: Everything was great, though I guess the location makes the rates go way too high.
