Great staff & location but...

Liked: The staff was very nice & accommodating. We had to switch rooms due to an AC unit that leaked water all over the floor. Very nice.
Disliked: For $400/night I would expect luxury towels. The sheets were dingy and the headboard cover ripped. The room was ok, but I have stayed @ $130/night Best Westerns that were much nicer.

It was alright

Liked: The only good things about this hotel were the staff and the fact it was right across the street from Sloan Park where we came to watch the Cubs play.
Disliked: The price of the room. Options for dinner. They didn't offer much of a breakfast and it was not free so we passed on it. I feel like with the rate I paid for the room the breakfast should have been free. I wouldn't have stayed here if it hadn't been right across the street from the stadium. It's not that nice of a hotel for what they charge.

Liked: Clean friendly staff and a great location for spring training. Enjoyed everything about our stay.
Disliked: Small selection of food available at the restaurant.

Liked: The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The landscaping outside the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and right across the street from lots of shopping and restaurants.

Liked: Staff was awesome. Room was great. Location was amazing. We were there for the Mesa Marathon and we could not have picked a better location. Even if you were no there for the Mesa Marathon it is still a great location.
