Disliked: 1. No normal options for breakfast. Travelers don't need this "fancy" cafe with waiters and menu. It's breakfast. Just give some simple self service options.2. The sink and shower were clogged. There was no shower gel. All that was told to the lady at the desk in the morning after the first night.. "I'm so sorry for that blah blah blah".And nothing happened. When we are back in the evening, there are still the same problems. All in all the experience was negative and disappointing. Any other place we stayed with the same hotel chain we had zero complaints at all.
