Overall my stay was amazing...

Liked: I loved how friendly the staff was and how comfortable the bed was plus the room felt very cozy and welcoming
Disliked: The shower drain was not very good that was the only downside. I had to take quick showers or else the water would’ve overflowed onto the floor

Disliked: No ice maker on our floor. The one that was there was broken with a sign the staff made directing us to go to the Bistro in the lobby. There was no ice machine there. We were then instructed to go to the 2nd floor, which housed the only ice maker for this establishment. There were ants crawling around the bedside tables. They advertised Starbucks coffee. The Attendent did not show up for work, and no one knew how to make a coffee.

Disliked: Our stay was a nightmare. The hotel's systems were down for the entire duration of our stay, resulting in no access to any of the promised amenities: Wi-Fi, printer, concessions, and breakfast. To make matters worse, we were unable to extend our stay or book an additional day due to the system outage. We had no option but to book another day directly with the hotel at a higher rate. Adding insult to injury, the staff was consistently absent from the front desk, and when they were present, they were exceedingly rude. I strongly advise against booking at this hotel. It was a regrettable experience for which I wish I could be compensated.
