Disliked: I didn't like that I got charged an incident fee and the money was never refunded to my card because once I checked nothing was damaged stolen nor did I get any snacks. I emailed the hotel directly and never received an answer on if my incident fee was being refunded

Disliked: Rude staff. Halls, elevator, room smelled horrible. AC was so loud you could not sleep.

Liked: I had a reservation and when I got to the hotel they told me there was no room available and they were gona cancel my reservation with no charge to me which I find stupid since I had a reservation how can I not have a room had to be looking for a room at last minute
