Stacy, Lexington, visiting Mud Island Amphitheatre

My sister and I were in Memphis for a concert. By the time we got to our room it was very late, or rather, early in the a.m., and instead of two double beds, as paid for, there was one queen. We were too tired at that point to even call the front desk. Also, apparently because I booked after a search on ConcertHotels.com, Marriott will not give me points even though I'm pretty sure I paid full price, and if it was a wholesale rate, as they claim, it was not transparent. So, be aware of that. We also laughed about the "security gate." There is one going in, but the other is apparently open 24-7.

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Given wrong room type.

Perfect location for catching an...

Liked: Location very close to airport. Rooms very comfortable. Pool was nice and well-maintained. Secured (gated) parking lot was effective, but the area (to us) felt very secure and safe, and we were not sure why it was needed.
Disliked: Everything was fine. Just as a note, We left early in the AM to catch a flight and did not see a staff member at the desk, but left the keycard and check-out was without incident.
