Lovely Hotel

Liked: The staff, the newness of the hotel, very clean and quiet
Disliked: The bar wasn't open much while we were there. Its far away from any other bars so would have been nice to have a wine in an onsite bar and not in your room

Excellent

Liked: Very good location - walking distance to cityThe room we had this time was more spacious & more comfortable (unlike our stay last year) The cafe downstairs was great for coffee in the morning.

The noise definitely impacted my...

Liked: The location is good for me as its out of the CBD and I can park my car securely when travelling.
Disliked: My room on the 4th floor was quite noisy which impacted my sleep. The was a linen room next to it which added to external noise, also there was water sounds from showers/toilets that were looud enough to keep me awake. In addition the intake on the air-conditioner was loud as well.
