Liked: Breakfast was fantastic, catered to all dietary requirements. Beds themselves were very comfortable. Pillows were not.
Disliked: 2 of the bed pillows were huge and very hard - had to sleep without pillow as that was more comfortable than sleeping with one. There was no shampoo or conditioner available at all.

Liked: The hotel's facilities and cleanliness are very good, the decoration of the hotel is warm, very clean.
Disliked: Since we had booked in advance on the platform, when we went to the front desk to check in, the Asian female staff (On 8th/June , at the front desk (named starts with 'Lo', I didn't note her full name) did not greet us very friendly enthusiastically. I don’t know if it was because she was busy that day or due to personal reasons. However, the male staff at the front desk next to her and the female staff who assisted us with our checkout were both very nice and friendly .
