I am writing to express...
Liked: I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the handling of my recent booking at your establishment.I made a reservation for a five-night stay from 27th Feb’24 to 3rd Mar’24 at Courtyard by Marriott via Booking.com for my trip to Australia. The price for 5-night stay was SGD 1549 equivalent to AUD 1765. (Copy enclosed)On my check-in, the hotel authorities had charged AUD 250 extra as security deposit from my credit card and conveyed that it would be refunded on my check-out. However, during check out they informed me that the amount would be credited back to my credit card within 3 to 5 working days. But till today, after 15 days of my check out I have not been refunded the excess amount and the charge to my credit card is SGD 1729.96.I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of transparency and professionalism exhibited in this matter. As a frequent traveler and customer, I expect a higher level of service and integrity from establishments as such yours Please arrange to refund the excess amount deducted from my credit card at the earliest.
