Everyone was so friendly and...

Liked: We only stayed for one night at the end of our holiday. What I really appreciated was being allowed to use facilities after check out, while we waited for our evening flight. The staff was awesome - we asked for our suitcase and had it returned to storage several times during that period. They were always helpful and so friendly. Loved the food trucks next door to the hotel.
Disliked: For the money we spent on the room, I felt the total facilities were lacking. Good exercise room.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: We were treated very well upon arrival. The front staff checked us in and explained the cafe, food trucks, grounds, pool and where the closest beach was located. He also helped us with a ride to the beach and info on the shuttle. Nice Job!!
Disliked: I had to check out at noon and my flight was not until 9:00 PM. The staff was very nice, made me feel comfortable and stored my suitcase while I waited. The only thing was, there was a large meeting of some sort going on in the main lobby. The tables were all being used and it was extreamly loud. I sat outside for awhile, but it was hot and windy. I wish they would have been given a meeting room to go into.
