Liked: The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant, courteous and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. The location is great as it is within walking distance (2 minutes) to the River Hills Mall. The lobby area is welcoming. The food was great.
Disliked: We did not experience anything negative.

Liked: Comfortable and quiet, even with hotel being full. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
Disliked: They used an air freshener of some sort. While the smell was pleasant, it was so strong I had a headache when we were using the gathering space in the lobby.
