Very convenient to Jiffy Lube Live Concert Arena. Room was pretty big; bed was very comfortable. I would come back if I was in the area. Very close to food and restaurants.

Disliked: I’m a 71-year-old senior citizen, and last night’s experience was by far the worst I’ve ever had of any hotel or motel!!! At 10:15 PM I was getting ready to go to sleep and all of a sudden I hear people laughing and screaming and at the same time my door handle was being moved back-and-forth like someone was trying to break in. By 10:30 pm I hear teenagers, laughing, running and screaming continuously. At that point, I felt it was best to leave, when I opened the door to go into the hallway, I couldn’t believe how many teenagers were acting recklessly in the hallway and bedrooms with no respect to the time, and the poor people that were trying to sleep! If the desk clerk had notified me before hand, that the whole second level was going to be completely filled with teenagers, I would’ve asked be moved to a different room, or I would’ve left and gone to another hotel. When I went downstairs into the lobby. The desk clerk knew I had just checked in a few hours before, what? he looked at me with a smile and asked me if was checking out, and I said yes and I want to be credited the full amount and he just smiled and he said he would take care of it.Not only was the second level filled with teenagers. The Lobby had about 50 more waiting to check in. This was a huge mistake on management because they knew about these booked rooms being filled with teenagers, If they notified me in advance, I never would have stayed!!ZERO STARS!!!

Disliked: Its a 3 star hotel and they didnt provide a microwave in the room and I have to walk all the way down to reception to get my food heated and ice machines arent working in all the floors

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Upon arriving, the room smelled musty. We left for a few hours and when we got back to find ants. Switched rooms quickly, excited to order food at bistro they "closed early due to no sales "!

Disappointing

Disliked: The sink was in a separate room than the bathroom as well as the bathroom light being outside the bathroom. One could turn it off while you were inside.
