Poor customer service

Liked: Clean and comfortable and convenient to the highway
Disliked: When we checked in we were told breakfast was included with our room, yet in the morning when we went for breakfast our room number was not on the list and No one tried to trouble shoot it for us. Hence we went out for breakfast. Really not happy with customer service aspect. When I asked at reception they also did nothing, not even apologize. Also no soap in the bathroom for hand washing
