Liked: THE STAFF WAS EXTRA NICE AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
Disliked: THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE BATHROOM WAS VERY WEAK. WE JUST HAD A TRICKLE IN BOTH THE HOT AND COLD WATER. THE SHOWER PRESSURE WAS FINE,

We were in Lubbock attending...

Liked: Location, the refrigerator was actually cold.
Disliked: The pillows are horrible. Two pillows together don’t make one good pillow. The towels need replacing. They are worn and look bad. I would not use them in my home for guests. The air conditioning unit was noisy making it difficult to sleep. One drawer on one of the dressers would not stay closed. One day after housekeeping had been in our room the counter top in the bathroom area was flooded with water.

Liked: Staff were excellent and very friendly.
Disliked: Pillows went so flat hurt my neck, couldn't sleep very well. We were disappointed the hot tub was out if order.
