Maren, Encinitas, visiting Pasadena Convention Center

They accommodated my needs to stay late, and all were helpful when a bag was misplaced - they found it right away. All staff were super friendly - especially the valet/parking guys!

Liked: The front desk staff was great as was the housekeeping staff.

Krissy, Victorville, visiting Pasadena Convention Center

I typically love the Marriott, unfortunately this time I was very disappointed. I purchased a room with 2 double beds and ended up with 1 bed for 3 people to share. Wasn't my idea of fun, but we managed. Next time I am going to go directly through the hotel because it was roughly the same price by a few dollars.

Liked: Great service from Marriott!
Disliked: Wrong room.

Pay for parking

Liked: The hotel was wonderful! Clean, friendly staff, and convenient location.
Disliked: They charge an extra $35/day to park in the structure. Call me crazy, but that should be included in the room rate.

Liked: The location was great! Room was clean!
Disliked: $35 for parking per night seemed unfair with such high price per night already! No patio! Just a window! Employees seemed stress or tired most of the time!
