Disliked: No breakfast, if there was I wasn't made aware of it.

Liked: Easy to get to. The elevator was quick. The staff was so nice.
Disliked: Kinda dated and the bathroom fan didn't work 😔

Liked: The only good thing about the hotel is that it is close to the freeway.
Disliked: The hotel is not well maintained. The hallways smell bad, the carpet is very dirty, and the bathroom in our room was not clean. The first day I went to shower, and they didn't refill the conditioner. The next day, we asked if they could clean the room, and they said they don't clean it until the third day. This is bad because they don't replenish towels or toilet paper, and they don't take out the trash at all. We were there for three days because our room wasn't cleaned. We had to keep asking for more towels or toilet paper, and the hotel staff is not friendly at all.

Disliked: Housekeeping is only once in 3 days. Not removing trash from the room even after requesting to reception. Water bottles only once on arrival. They don’t visit rooms to check for replacement of towels. No replenishment of toiletries.

Disliked: You charge way too much for what you don't give. No microwave in the room? Ridiculous. No free breakfast? I have to check a box? That's ridiculous.

The location of this hotel...

Liked: Easy parking lot
Disliked: The location of this hotel is extremely poor, situated right next to a busy highway. Most rooms suffer from constant traffic noise due to cheap construction and poor insulation — thin walls and single-pane windows do little to block out the sound. If you’re looking for a quiet night’s rest after a long workday or an international flight, this is not the place to stay.To make matters worse, some of the staff were not genuinely helpful. While they appeared to offer solutions, their responses felt like empty promises with no real intention to resolve the issue.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I strongly advise against booking this hotel — no exceptions.
