Liked: Location, very clean. Staff friendly
Disliked: Worst breakfast ever seen. The breakfast “served” in the bar near the reception with limited choice one beverage and 2 items to eat. I was really upset

Liked: Room was very clean, staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is super close to the Crypto Arena (about 5 mins walk distance) nice choice for anyone visiting for the concert or events. I’d love to stay here again when next time visiting DTLA.
Disliked: Breakfast is not included when booking. But easy to order food to the hotel.

A wonderful stay in a...

Liked: Great location, right across the street from LA LIVE and the crypto arena! The staff was really nice, and their security team was amazing and helpful when my girlfriend and I had a safety concern off property. The room was clean and possibly my favorite part was literally the shampoo & conditioner, that brand & scent was to die for. I now buy it for myself!! First time I’ve ever loved a hotel shampoo.
Disliked: The food options aren’t to rave, and using the food credit was a bit confusing
