Too Short, But So Sweet.

Liked: It was a total accident staying at this hotel. Our JetBlue flight cancelled out of JFK and the only alternative was to rebook from Islip airport the following day. All I can say is I wish we had booked this hotel instead of Times Square where we stayed initially. This hotel and the professionalism of the staff, restored our faith in NYC. We’re already planning to come back and stay.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Our stay was fair, location...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Missed room service after specifically requesting it on the second day of our stay. Shower faucet didn’t work properly. It was difficult to regulate water temperature. Someone can easily get Scalded with hot water. Parking should be free. breakfast prices were very expensive.
