Nice hotel room, some pervert...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: It would have been an excellent stay had it not been for the simple fact that my underwear was stolen by a housekeeper (or someone else) entering my room unannounced. I was traveling alone and did not have company to my room. My stay was from Wednesday night through Saturday morning. On Thursday night I washed my underwear in the sink and left it hanging on the shower curtain rod to dry. On Friday evening returning to the room to repack my things, I saw it was gone. I checked the room and my bag several times. While I feel fortunate that nothing else of greater value was stolen, the fact that some pervert is employed at this high end hotel taking underwear (from a handicap accessible room no less: room 1110) is disgusting.

The best place for me...

Liked: The hotel is fantastic, staff very friendly, location the best, metro station is 2 min outside the hotel. Also there is a shop next door where u can buy food very convinient. Parking available nearby for 25$ per day, which the guy at the reception suggested me. Hotel is very clean. I would absolutely come back if I would go to New York again.

Disliked: Not quiet at all. A lot of noise from other rooms and from the subway.No shampoo in the room (empty bottle).We took q room for 4, with 4 guests planed and only 3 towels, 2 free coffee.
