From minutes before arrival, a phone call to see if we could check in a little early, to the minute we checked out we felt welcome and at ease. Wonderful, clean room. Well maybe I have one complaint but that is no fault of the hotel - it was neighbors coming in at 2:30 in the morning laughing and making all kinds of noise. We were very happy with our stay and if we're in the area again we will stay there again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Liked: Everything was good - we have no complaints at all.

Great location. The rooms are clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was fairly quiet, even though there is so much going on around the hotel.

Couple's trip in LB

Liked: Room was great - super comfortable beds, decent shower pressure. Good location and amenities. Restaurant food was great!
Disliked: In-room coffee station not well supplied for more than one guest but is a relatively minor issue.

Not REALLY an ocean view

Liked: The room was clean and within walking distance to a few attractions, but too far to really get a good view of the ocean.
Disliked: I paid extra to have a balcony and a view of the bay. This ended up to be a total flop but they still managed to check the box. The view entailed the rooftop of another building with air conditioning vents and way off in the distance. A tiny sliver view of the water. Parking is not included in cost an extra $40 a day.
