Courtyard by Marriott Long Beach Downtown

From minutes before arrival, a phone call to see if we could check in a little early, to the minute we checked out we felt welcome and at ease. Wonderful, clean room. Well maybe I have one complaint but that is no fault of the hotel - it was neighbors coming in at 2:30 in the morning laughing and making all kinds of noise. We were very happy with our stay and if we're in the area again we will stay there again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Great location. The rooms are clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was fairly quiet, even though there is so much going on around the hotel.

Liked: The check-in process was great - I was working the Scuba Show at the convention center and was able to drop my bags in my room and then walk over to the convention center. I was tired from flying and then working the show all day so I had dinner in the hotel restaurant - delicious. I even squeezed in a night swim in the pool my last night.
Disliked: I didn't realize that I needed to keep a room key when I checked out to get my car out of the parking garage. Fortunately, I very friendly staff member was outside and swiped a pass for me to get out.

Liked: Everything was great. We loved the fridge, microwave and coffee maker in our room :) plus the coffee and water in the lobby!!
Disliked: Spotty complimentary wifi
