Booking.com should consider a refund...
Liked: What I liked about my stay was the location, which was convenient and close to the airport. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offered a decent breakfast selection.
Disliked: The overall experience was very disappointing and not value for money.The front desk service was extremely poor, with frequent miscommunication and lack of helpfulness. One major issue I faced was when my card was not working to book an Uber, and despite requesting assistance and offering to pay in cash, the front desk refused to help — even when I explained that I could miss my flight. Shockingly, a delivery person who happened to be at the property stepped in to help me by paying via his own card, and I reimbursed him in cash. This kind of situation should never happen at a Marriott property.Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, making it very hot and uncomfortable, especially in the mornings. Despite multiple complaints, no solution was provided, and my family struggled to sleep well, which affected our days significantly.Other issues included broken promises from the front desk, non-functioning coffee machines, and rude behavior from some staff members. There was clearly a lack of training and customer focus throughout the stay.Given the high price paid for 9 nights, this experience was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this property to anyone and sincerely believe Booking.com should consider a refund for this stay due to the poor service and discomfort caused.

Good location, but disappointing service...

Disliked: The front desk service was unhelpful and sometimes rude, which was disappointing.There were miscommunications and delays in assistance.The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, making the room uncomfortable, especially in the mornings.I faced an issue when my card didn’t work for booking Uber, and the staff refused to help even when I offered to pay cash.Some promises made by the staff were not fulfilled, which affected my trust in the service.Overall, the value for money was poor given these issues.
