Liked: The room was awesome, staff was very friendly, location was great, the courtyard was very quiet even with it being close to busy traffic. The price was great
Disliked: I had to talk to 3 different people before I could get my breakfast that was included with my reservation. It took over an hour to get that fixed, by that time we had to get it to go so that I wasn't late for my Dr appointment. The coffee machine in my room did not work. They need chairs on the balcony, no one wants to just stand on a balcony!!

Liked: I was traveling with a one year old which at times can be difficult because he’s always on the move. But the staff was so interactive and sweet with my son. Gary (I think that’s his name so please forgive me) at the front desk helped keep my son entertained while trying to check in which helped at ton and also recommended a fun little park to take my son to so he good get some energy out and upon check out even offered to meet me at the door for check out to make it easier on us which I really do appreciate. Tracy served us breakfast and was so sweet and accommodating to me and my son’s needs. Over all 10/10 recommendation for a stay at this hotel. If you have a little and are traveling on your own this is the place to go. The room was spotless the food was great and the staff went beyond my expectations. Thankful to have had such helpful and friendly people to help us on our journey. We Will most definitely be staying here again if I find myself in Little Rock ☺️ may God bless y’all and your amazing staff !!

Liked: Made reservations once arrived gentleman at desk said I had NO reservations and they had no rooms available. Card charged talked to supervisor, ge said card would be refunded. Card never refunded when I called Zen., said Card was never charged and in lookjng at bank statement.. Zen seemed to have a attitude
