Courtyard by Marriott Little Rock Downtown

Liked: The staff.
Disliked: None.

Rooms are clean and well appointed. Everything we needed and wanted was within walking distance. Plenty of food choices nearby and it is so easy to get to the First Security Amphitheater. Driving and parking could be difficult due to construction.

Disliked: Construction. But in Downtown Little Rock there is ALWAYS construction.

Parking was safe and secure. Rooms were nice and clean. Very good prices. Staff was very professional. Very nice area. Transportation to and from hotel/arena on streetcar/trolley was fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable bed. Centrally located. Excellent customer service - would stay again.

Liked: The young lady who checked me in & helped me throughout my stay. I was only in town for a day for a memorial, I had flown all night to get there; she made an otherwise stressful, emotional so much easier with all of her assistance from the time I arrived until I left the hotel. I’ll be returning just for the simple fact that she was so helpful, so warm & welcoming - and I saw her helping others while I was there as well. Any hotel that is smart enough to hire & retain such a great employee makes you stand out among the other hotel options.
Disliked: The property was great- the more food & beverage options (and the more hours they are available) - the better it will be- since some people like myself are only going to be in town shortly & may not want to leave the property to find food & drinks.
