Disliked: The gal responsible for working the breakfast bar was so sweet but totally overwhelmed. Apparently there were no show employees, but no alternative arrangements were made. She was doing her best but it was just too much for one person. I felt horrible for her.

Liked: Staff upon check-in was great.
Disliked: I contacted staff via phone after my conference was over, assessing the ability to return. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Also, I was placed next to a family that was very loud and using of seeing language on my first night and had to have my room moved. The second room that I was moved to the heat did not work properly, but at that point, I did not want to move anymore as I had a conference in the morning. The overall stay could’ve been better. The second night I checked in to the holiday and across the street.
