Liked: The bed was very comfortable, the TV was great. There were adequate outlets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the pool and hot tub. had to throw everything away after 1.5 days. The microwave burned a hole in my moist heat pack destroying it. The hot tub temperature was too hot....it wasn't functioning correctly. I reported it to the person on the front desk and he stated he would look into it. I was happy with his responsiveness to my concern.
Disliked: When I booked on Booking.com it said I was getting a large King room and no sofa bed. I actually got a king room with a sofa bed, which made the room a bit cramped. The refrigerator and microwave were problematic. The "refrigerator" is more like a cooler and it doesn’t keep food cold. I had to throw everything away after 1.5 days. The microwave burned a hole in my moist heat pack destroying it.
